While we’re waiting for the new space to open, we’re going to take advantage of the great outdoors in a gorgeous venue that’s close to home! Beginning Thursday evening June 18, we’ll start the summer outdoor workout program.
Berkeley Park Workouts
Berkeley Lake Park workouts are fun and predominantly bodyweight and cardio in nature. We may run up to1 mile at a time in addition to other calisthenics and athletic drills.
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 6AM
- Tuesday, Thursday at 6PM
Yoga in the Park
Yoga in the Park is an all-levels power vinyasa style class. Don’t worry if you don’t know what that means. All you need to bring is a mat, water bottle, towel, and your awesome self!

All classes are only $5 with no need to purchase a huge punch pass or membership.
Berkeley Lake Park workouts are outdoors – rain or shine. Dress accordingly and bring a big bottle of water. Think about shoes that can get wet, rain-gear, sunscreen, hat. Whatever!
Minimum of 5 participants for class to be held. Invite a friend or 4! In the event of cancellation due to absurd weather or not enough participants, watch your email for cancellation notices. You will receive a cancellation notice 1 hour before hand if class is cancelled.
