  • Initial Consult: 1-hour one-on-one with our Precision Nutrition Coach, Mark Micucci.
  • Action Plan: A collaborative strategy integrating simple and reasonable practices and behaviors.
  • Support and Accountability:
  • Half Hour one-on-one bi-weekly check-ins.
  • 15-minute one-on-one bi-weekly check-ins.
  • Additional email as needed.
  • Resources: Helpful handouts, guides, forms, and worksheets.
