Personalized Strength Training in Small Groups

Strength Training at Vitruvian Fitness is a 100% personalized experience based on each individual’s starting point, goals, and pace of progress.


A small group (5 people max!) of Vitruvian members just like you are guided through their workouts by one of our highly trained team members who will coach each individual through their own program, simultaneously. You get to work out in a supportive community (accountability, encouragement, fun, human interaction) during your own “personal training” session.


When you begin at Vitruvian, we’ll focus on quality movement - whether it's teaching you how to move well for the first time, re-teaching you after a set-back, or reinforcing your already awesome skills.


Then, we shift the focus to helping you get stronger. And while you're getting stronger, you'll also improve your balance, coordination, athleticism, endurance, durability, and speed.


All this will make you feel great - physically, emotionally, and psychologically.

You'll move better, get stronger, and feel great – in a small groups of like-minded fun people.

Our Philosophy

We believe that you should start where you are, and we’ll meet you there. Then we’ll teach you how to progress at your pace, at the intensity that is right for you, achieving the goals you set out to accomplish.


We have trained young-at-heart adults, grown-up kids, folks with broken and worn out parts, recreational and collegiate athletes, endurance and extreme athletes, and adults in the game of life. No matter what your game is, you will get better by training with Vitruvian Fitness.
